VIP Service Plans

Protect your investment and help avoid unexpected repair bills. Sign up for a pre-paid, VIP maintenance plan and get 3-5 years of scheduled maintenance, discounts on yearly tune-ups and peace of mind that your machine is taken care of. Regular maintenance visits also allow our certified technicians to ID any issues that may be covered under warranty that could be no cost to you! Plus, when you are ready to upgrade, you'll get more for your trade-in. Programs are detailed below.

Powersports VIP Service Plan:

• 3 or 5 years of maintenance: Options to cover the first 3 or 5 scheduled maintenance visits within 3 or 5 years from the date of purchase. Labor, parts and fluids are included with the plan. Items and labor from unusual failure due to accident, neglect or abuse are not covered. Unit returned washed, waxed and ready to perform after each visit.
• Free pick-up and delivery: No trailer? No problem. We'll pick up your machine when it's time for your service and waive the fee within 50 miles.
• Added value at trade-in or resale: VIP service plans are transferable and add value when you are ready to upgrade or sell your unit.

Lawn & Garden VIP Service Plan:

Maintenance plans are available for mowers and snowblowers. Learn more with these downloads:

• 3 or 5 years of maintenance: Options to cover the 3-10 scheduled maintenance visits (once or twice a year to include snowblower changeover and winterization) within 3 or 5 years from the date of purchase. Labor, parts and fluids are included with the plan. Items and labor from unusual failure due to accident, neglect or abuse are not covered.
  • Plan includes: Oil & filter change, inspect plugs, inspect fuel filter, change over blower/weights/chains (with 10 visit plan), check & fill tires, inspect air filter, lubricate fittings, test operation, level & clean mower deck, inspect pulleys, check fluid levels, free loaner if not repaired within 72 hours.
• At home service or free pick-up and delivery: No trailer? No problem. We'll come to you to perform your maintenance with our mobile service trailer. If we need to bring the machine to our shop, we'll waive the fee within 50 miles.
• Free loaner: Don't let repairs leave you without a mower. A loaner mower is always available to you at no cost.
• Added value at trade-in or resale: VIP service plans are transferable and add value when you are ready to upgrade or sell your unit.

Compact Tractor VIP Service Program

• Choose from 3 or 5 years of maintenance: Options to cover 3-5 scheduled maintenance visits within 3 or 5 years from the date of purchase. Labor, parts and fluids are included with the plan. Items and labor from unusual failure due to accident, neglect or abuse are not covered.
  • Plan includes: Change fluid(s) and filter(s) per owner's manual and a 60-point inspection
• At home service or free pick-up and delivery: No trailer? No problem. We'll come to you to perform your maintenance with our mobile service trailer. If we need to bring the machine to our shop for covered maintenance and warranty service, we'll waive the fee within 50 miles.
• Free loaner: Don't let repairs leave you without a tractor. A loaner tractor is always available to you at no cost.
• Attachment service add-on: Make sure your implements are ready to work by adding an attachment service package. We'll service your implements with every tractor service. Package includes: multi-point inspection, grease fittings and sharpen blades (for mower decks)
• Added value at trade-in or resale: VIP service plans are transferable and add value when you are ready to upgrade or sell your unit.

• Extended warranty: Add up to 4 years of extended warranty to your machine and protect it until you are ready to trade or sell.
