Mandy and her husband Josh are co-owners of Power Pac and took over the business in July 2018. She's a marketing guru and comes to us from a marketing agency in Milwaukee where she spent 12 years working with numerous large ag clients. She grew up on a local dairy farm so ATVs, UTVS and snowmobiles were part of her everyday life. She's the mom of two cuties who love coming to Power Pac and helping out where they can. Mandy loves serving the community she grew up in and looks forward to growing the business with the fantastic team we have here at Power Pac.

Josh and his wife, Mandy, are co-owners of Power Pac and took over the business in July 2018. Josh is an avid outdoorsman so if he's not at Power Pac, he's in a stand, in a boat or on a UTV or tractor somewhere in the woods. Josh cut his teeth in large ag equipment sales and the most important thing to him is happy customers. He loves chatting with Power Pac visitors, so if you see him in the showroom, be sure to holler. I've always really enjoyed powersports, growing up, I would be out in the garage helping and learning about small engines with my dad. We had multiple different ATV's and snowmobiles through the years. Other than riding my ATV's, a 2005 Honda TRX450R and 2020 Can-Am Outlander 1000R, I enjoy ice fishing, camping, watching motocross and snowcross. I've been with Power Pac for three years in the parts department.

I graduated from Motorcycle Mechanic Institute in Orlando in 2008. I have previously worked for Bill's Service Center and Zacho's as a tech, Eau Claire Ford and Jensen Motors as an automotive tech, maintenance at Beave Creek, and in industrial refrigeration at Land O'Lakes. I enjoy working on vintage motorcycles and snowmobiles, waterfowl and upland bird hunting, and generally being outside and spending time with my family.

Pros; I walk at a normal speed. I hiccup silently. I blink at regular intervals. I rarely sneeze. I don’t have chest hair. I sleep with a king sized pillow on a twin mattress. I am not allergic to much.
Cons: I’ve been told I walk too slow. I have violent hiccups that typically cause me to lose control of my bladder. I pass gas when I sneeze and I am usually quite gassy. My shower drain is typically clogged with all the hair I shave off my body. My pillow to mattress ration is out-of-control. I’m allergic to pretty much all tree nuts, shell fish, eggs, pollen, dairy, dander, bee stings and epinephrine.

Before PPI, I worked in Las Vegas as a parts specialist for one of the largest dealers in the west. I have also worked for a company that specialized in engine/motor swaps, specifically Gen 5 LS motors that were put into rock crawlers and hot rods. I've been in the automotive line of work for over ten years, but have a huge passion for the motorsports industry. My free time consists of exploring Wisconsin with my dog, Poe. It's good to be home.

Hey! My name is Ethan Kalepp and I'm excited to be part of the Power Pac team. I am a powersports technician and I live in Marshfield with my wife and our three cats. I graduated from the Phoenix Motorycle Mechanics Institute in 2017 with a focus on Harley Davidson and Yamaha and while I've been involved in small engine maintenance since 2020, I'm enjoying using the knowledge I got at MMI once again. When I'm not working, I enjoy riding my 2014 Harley Sportster 48 or my wife's Ninja. I also like hunting, fishing, spending time with friends/family, and traveling. You may even find me combining all of those interests on my (mostly) annual hunting trip out west with one of my best friends.

I have two daughters ages eight and eighteen. I went to Midstate Technical College for an automotive technician. I worked in the automotive field for six years, two of that being maintenance in a factory, a tech for John Deere for three years, and then I came to Power Pac. In my free time, aside from spending time with my family, I enjoy fishing and hunting and to keep things exciting, I race lawnmowers. I have been racing for about thirteen years and currently run two classes on a modified single that makes about 30hp. I also have a mini modified single that makes about 15hp, both engines will spin about 6000 RPM’s.

I got into mechanics in my teenage years, by sixteen, I built my own car. It was a red Pontiac Sunfire body with a green Chevrolet cavalier hood, fenders, bumper and light assembly. The ugliest thing on wheels at the time, so everyone in my county knew it was me driving past. No beauty awards went to that car, but it worked and lasted me years, longer than I expected. That was twenty years ago and I have been turning wrenches ever since. My favorite hobby would have to be working on things with my teenage daughter. It's been just the two of us the last fifteen years, so she is a lot like myself! We both have a thirst of knowledge and are what drives each other to always do better than we think we can.
